The Founders
With a career spanning 30+ years, Adriana has been advising companies in an extensive range of sectors of the economy and size, from large international groups to startups, in projects and transactions in Brazil and abroad. During the past five years, she has developed expertise in assisting Chinese clients in their M&As or other corporate matters. She holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (1991), with a postgraduate degree in tax law (IICS) and business administration (FGV). She is fluent in English and Spanish

Fluent in English, Italian, and French, in addition to Portuguese (her mother language), she takes advantage of this "intercultural" profile to analyze the legal and cultural aspects that can impact international transactions.
